She was predeceased by: her parents, William A. "Bill" Hook and Betty E. Hook (Brogan); and her siblings, Florence, Patricia Arlington, Stephen, James Hook and Richard Hook.
She is survived by: her husband William A. O'Neil; her children, Tracy L. O'Neil of Bradford, William M. O'Neil of Columbus, OH. and Joseph (Megan O'Neil) of Centreville, VA; her grandsons, Tyler and Steven; and her brother William (Andra Hook).
