He was predeceased by: his father Herbert H. Leininger, Jr.. He is survived by: his mother Eloise Fields Leininger of Bradford; and his brothers, David Phillips of Bradford, Sheridan Phillips of Bradford and Doug Phillips (Ami) of Bradford. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
The family has asked that any contributions in Adam's memory be made to the Mascho Funeral Home, Inc., 75 Kennedy St., Bradford, PA 16701; to help cover the funeral expenses.
