He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul W. Siko, Sr. and Anna Marie Siko (Maruscak); his siblings, John Siko, Agnes Tuller and Alberta Siko; and his close friend Rose Shrum.

He is survived by: his children, Kevin J. Siko (Wanda) of South Carolina, Paul R. Siko of Derry and Shelly Kenney (David) of Wisconsin. He is also survived by eight grandchildren, three great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
