He was predeceased by: his parent John Kozielec; his son Richard C. Kozielec; his granddaughter Melissa Kozielec; and his siblings, Frank, Joseph, Walter, Stanley Kozielec and Anna Sokolowski.
He is survived by: his parent Mary Kozielec (Gebicki); his wife Dolores Kozielec (Halula) of Bradenville; his children, Kenneth Kozielec (Mary Lou) of Irwin and Lynn Calabrace (Joe) of Bradenville; his grandchildren, Bruce Kozielec (Laura), Sean Kozielec, Krista Kozielec, Johnna Calabrace, Joey Calabrace, Stephanie Calabrace and Alicia Calabrace; and his great grandchildren, Dean, Ethan, Giuliana, Cameron, Lucciana, Lucas, Lena and Jakob. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Derry Township Volunteer Fire Department of Bradenville.
