Leary (Kwaczala); his son Jay Leary Jr. (Elizabeth); his grandchildren, Courtney Tutoki (Michael) and Jacob Leary (Joelle); his great grandchildren, Colson, Maisie, Chesnie and Marleigh; his siblings, Barbara Gazdik, William Leary (Sally), Joann Patterson (Ralph), Kathy Bridge, Lynne Watkins and Michelle Boggio; and his stepsister Jackie Kabala (Anthony Kabala).
