He was predeceased by: his parents, Stanley B. Prohaska and Domenica Tua Prohaska; his daughter Angela; and his great grandchild Finn Oliver (Angel). He is survived by: his wife Patricia Bradley Prohaska; his children, Susan P. Fox (Kevin) of Greensburg, James Leonard Prohaska Jr. (Ricki Lyn) of Bradenville, Christopher M. Prohaska (Sharon Ritenour) of Bradenville and David E. Prohaska (Daniele) of North Huntingdon; his brother Wayne Prohaska (Jecca) of Parrish; his granddaughters, Kaylee Horner (Dale), Emily Gruver (Keith) and Victoria Fox (Connor Kok); and his great grandchildren, Allieonna, Dallin, Corbin and Emery.
Friends will be received from 2-4 and 6-8pm on Wednesday, January 4, 2023 at the McCabe Funeral Home, 300 W. Third Avenue, Derry. (Family requests face masks).
