She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Powers and Lillian Powers (Winebrenner); her husband Charles E. "Chuck" Matusak; her son Craig E. Matusak; and her siblings, Donald, Willard, Jake Powers and Sara Jane Resslar.
She is survived by: her children, Scott C. Matusak (Leanne) of Derry, Blaine E. Matusak (Paula) of Derry Twp and Maureen M. Cackowski (Vincent "Tobe") of Derry Twp; her grandchildren, Amanda McCarthy (Michael), Laura, Kimberly Cackowski, Erin Lucas, Jessica Petrosky (T. J.), Zach, Tyler (Maria), Lindsey (Jay) and Carley Matusak; and her great grandchildren, Parker, Cooper Petrosky, Sophia, Emma McCarthy and Matteo Matusak. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
