She was loved and cherished by many people including: her child Uraina Williams; her parents, Martha Jane (Fullenwider) and Thomas M. Fowler; her siblings, Lionel, Patricia, Maurice, Kenneth, Jimmie, Anthony, Thomas, Michele, Pam, William, Todd and Gregory; and her granddaughters, Amelia and Maisie. She was also cherished by other family members and friends.
