He is survived by: his daughter Sandra Surace of Forest Hills; and also Jerri Williams. He is also survived by nieces, nephews.
Due to covid-19 pandemic restrictions, Tom's viewing, Mass of Christian Burial in St. Maurice Church and Presentation of Military Honors will be private to his family.
