She was predeceased by: her parents, Adam Hyzy and Anna Jablonsky Hyzy; her husband Michael N. Fatula; her children, Rita Barbara, John Michael and James Edward; and her sisters, Eleanor Rota (late Pete), Addie and Hoffman.
She is survived by: her niece Susan Kettering. She is also survived by grandchildren, nine beloved great-grandchildren, and loving nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, it was Mom's humble request that prayers and Masses be offered for her and all the faithful departed.
