He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Toomey and Vivian "Pat" Toomey (Funk); his brother Daniel Toomey; his sister-in-law Nancy Toomey; his child Gabby; and his wife Jill Toomey (O'Masta).
He is survived by: his children, Kiersten Gibbons (Bill), Danielle Emerick (Dave), Richard Toomey (Nina) and Gabrielle Pecoraro (Ryan); his sisters, Marilyn Pazehoski (Paul) and Susie Perrin (Ron); and his former wife Michaelene Toomey. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews.
