She was predeceased by: her husband Emil R. "Zip" Sapet. She is survived by: her son David Mospan (Doreen) of Monroeville; her stepdaughters, Toni Ungaretti (Bob) and Gemma Pack (Mick); her grandchildren, David, Jeffrey, Dylan, Brittany, Janni, Ryan, Lindsay and Halley; her caregivers, Lisa Funyak, Tina Michaels and Danene Sloan; and also Ray Kachman.
