She was predeceased by: her parents, Lewis Horn and Margaret Horn (Lydon); her brother Ronald Horn; and her husband Daniel "Rocky" Blystone. She is survived by: her children, Russell Blumer (Andrea), Jennifer Blumer, Mark Blumer (Kelley) and Patti Connor (Hutch); her grandchildren, Kyle, Killian, Brianna and Bailey; and her great grandchild Naomi. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
