She is survived by: her mother Mary Ellen Rutter; her husband James Polacek; her child Rusty Polacek; her brothers, Ronald Rutter (Agnes), Donald Rutter (Darlene), Harold Rutter, Gerald Rutter (Sue), James Rutter, Gary Rutter (Holly) and Jeffrey Rutter; her brother-in-law Ronald Polacek (Maureen); and her grandchildren, Skylar, Ashley and Hayden. She is also survived by many cousins, nieces, and nephews.
