She is survived by: her children, Bill Petrina (late Mary LaVerne), Linda Kubiczki (Art), Stephen Petrina and Cheryl Berry (Scott); her grandchildren, Bill Petrina (Melinda), Tim Petrina (Kristen), Dan Petrina, Lauren Nesbit (Dan), Leah Livecchi (Anthony), Hanna Berry and Chloe Berry; her great grandchildren, Katie Petrina, Billy Petrina, Brady Nesbit and Reese Nesbit; her parent Theresa Bucar; her siblings, Catherine Stephan, Anne Mikach, George Bucar, John Bucar and Rose Marie Lakatos; and also Dear.
Memorial donations may be made to the Mario Lemieux Foundation because of Helen's love for children and the Pittsburgh Penguins.
