She was predeceased by: her sister Paulette. She is survived by: her husband Glenn L. Tamino; her child Stacie O'Toole (Rich) of Rostraver; and her siblings, Mary Ann Hetherington (late Jim), Michael Balaschak (Phyllis), Bernie McDowell (Chuck) and Borkowski. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
