He was predeceased by: his parents, Benjamin F. Noonan and Catherine M. Bishop Noonan; his sister Alice Hoffman; and his former wives, Rose Rocco and Connie Fisher.
He is survived by: his wife Doris Zeek-Noonan; his brother James Noonan (Rosann); his brother-in-law William Hoffman, Sr.; his nieces and nephews, Cindy Weleski, Carley Sciulli (Sean), Benjamin Noonan, William Hoffman, Jr. and Robert Hoffman (Georgia); his stepchildren, Caroline Carr, Ronald Fisher, Susan Mamel (Theo), Lynn Ray (Paul), Laura Cardiff (Jimmy), Dennis Fisher, Brian Fisher and Tim Fisher; and his cousins, Ellen Wood (James), Larry Malus and Becki Dayton (Kevin). He is also survived by numerous great nieces, great nephews and step-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family would suggest a donation to The Salvation Army.
