It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Francine Payne of Braddock, Pennsylvania, who passed away on May 4, 2021, at the age of 63, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her sisters, Rosanne Regal and Betsy McClelland. She is survived by: her husband David J. Payne; her sons, Robert J. Seybert (Fiance' Samantha) and David C. Payne; her grandson Brad Seybert; her great grandchild Beau; and her sisters, Elaine Burrelli (Neil) and Arlene Borland (James). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
