He was predeceased by: his parents, William J. Mehalik and Dorothy M. Mehalik (Cindrich). He is survived by: his children, Scott D. Mehalik and Zoe A. Mehalik; and his brothers, William Mehalik (Peggy) and Michael Mehalik (Suzanne). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
