He was predeceased by: his wife Sally Irene Koziol (Rice); his stepdaughter Denise Weber; and his pet Ramsey. He is survived by: his son Thomas R Koziol (Elizabeth); and his brother Joseph S. Koziol Sandra Koziol of Florida. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and many step grandchildren and many friends.
