He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward P. Mooney and Barbara E. [Busch] Mooney. He is survived by: his wife Candace L. [Stanton] Mooney; his children, Amy Joy Mooney Foster (Kenneth) of Montrose, PA and Andrew J. Mooney (Diane) of Montrose, PA; his grandchildren, Karalyn, Benjamin, Caleb, Hannah, Cade and Kiara; and his sister Judith Kittle of Maine, NY. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
