He was predeceased by: his parents, Allison Birchard and Mary Birchard (Taylor); his wife Charlotte M. Birchard (Webster); his son Dale Birchard; his grandson Dale; and his stepson Ed Scheffer.
He is survived by: his son Glenn Michael; his daughter-in-law Tracy Birchard of Houston, TX; his stepchildren, Russ Webster of Whitney Point, NY, Dave Scheffer of Brackney, PA, Debbie (George Mackey) of Brackney, PA and Vickie (Gary Fuller) of Brackney, PA; and his brothers, Ken (Trudy Birchard) of Myrtle Beach, SC and Ed (Tina Birchard) of Brackney, PA. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren, 7 great grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, close friends and neighbors.
