Smurphat) of Harrison Twp; her grandchildren, Lailah, Vanessa, Londyn, Marlenna, Brealie and Maximus; her siblings, Gerald Smurphat of St. Johnsville, NY, Judiann Sweeney of St. Johnsville, NY, Candace Smurphat of Tarentum, Tina Lazzara (David) of New Kensington and Tonya Balog of St. Johnsvillle, NY; and her sister-in-law Kimberly Harding of Vandergrift.
