It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Shirlene Meadows of Brackenridge, Pennsylvania, who passed away on August 17, 2021, at the age of 64, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank F. Chupek and Lottie May Chupek (Bouch); her brother Gary Chupek; and her mother-in-law Norma Meadows. She is survived by: her husband William Randy Meadows; her children, Jamie Chupek, Jeannie Dennis (Robert) and Jonathan Meadows; her grandchildren, Gabrielle, Kaitlyn, Alexis Lang, Ethan and Alyssa Dennis; her great grandchildren, Michael, Avery, Noah and Desmond; her father-in-law James Meadows; her close friends, Sherry Keener and Deanna Ganss; and her brother David Chupek. She is also survived by sisters and brothers in law, many nieces, nephews, friends.

The family asks that in lieu of flowers, donations can made so that her children can fulfill Shirlene's final wishes.
