She was predeceased by: her parents, Anthony J. Kosakowski and Elizabeth Kirkland; and her siblings, Linda, John, Eugene, Paul and Mark Kosakowski.

She is survived by: her brother William J. Kosakowski of Brackenridge; and also Gene Kosakowski.
