He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank McGinnis and Ruth McGinnis (Donnell); his wife Audrey McGinnis (Sprowls); his daughters, Sue Russell (McGinnis) and Linda McGinnis; and his brother Robert McGinnis (Muggs).
He is survived by: his sisters, Marjorie Mills of Freeport and Myrna Venus of Follansbee. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
