He was predeceased by: his parent Shirley Miller; his sister Diane Essary; and his stepfather Eugene Krysmalski. He is survived by: his wife Robin L. Johnson (DeBerry); his children, Brandi Phillipps (Leo) of Brackenridge and Vince "Dude" O'Hara, Jr. (Amy) of New Kensington; his grandsons, Sir Don, Dustin and Jacob O'Hara; and his siblings, David Krysmalski and Gloria Abercrombie.
