It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Martha J. Platt of Brackenridge, Pennsylvania, who passed away on December 25, 2022, at the age of 100, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Harper and Anna Mabel Thomas (Kennedy); her husband King Samuel Platt; and her siblings, Mary Thomas, James Thomas, Edna Hawthorne, Joseph Byron Thomas, Eleanor Thomas and Virginia Wescoat.

She is survived by: her daughters, Darlene Lea (Warren) of McMurry, Sally Holmes (late Robert) of Havre and Cheryl Huet (Thomas) of Natrona Heights; and her grandchildren, Meagan Bregenser (James), Gary Brozenich (Katherine), Cara Pallitto (Joseph), Laura Hahn-Magee (Robert), Elizabeth Holmes (Benjamin Jankosky), Matthew Huet (Ozge), Julie Pfeffer (Robert) and Chelsea Pujol (Andrew). She is also survived by her 18 great grandchildren.

Contributions in memory of Martha may be made to the First United Presbyterian Church, 913 Lock St., Tarentum, Pa. 15084 or to the AHN Home Hospice, 500 Commonwealth Drive, Warrendale, Pa. 15086.
