He was predeceased by: his parents, Anthony J. Kosakowski and Elizabeth Kirkland; and his siblings, Linda, John, Eugene and Paul Kosakowski.

He is survived by: his siblings, William J. Kosakowski of Brackenridge and Ruth Kosakowski of Brackenridge. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews as well as his cousins.
