She was predeceased by: her parents, Pasquale Guido and Desolina Guido (Cordisco); her husband Michael J. Slomkowski, Jr.; her son Victor; and her siblings, Della Czarnowski, Shirley Guido and Victor Guido.
She is survived by: her children, Kathleen Geary (James W.) of Tarentum, Michael J. Slomkowski III (Ginni) and Joseph A. Slomkowski (Rosemary) of Lower Burrell; her grandchildren, Jude Michaels (Kristen), Erin Ritz (Christopher), Kily Maier (Adam), Lori Reynolds (Sean), Melissa Yohman (Bob), Justin Slomkowski (Sara) and Dr. Joshua Slomkowski (Miranda); and her great grandchildren, Elizabeth, Anna, Christopher Ritz, Peyton, Tanner Michaels, Landon, Kendall Maier, Tia Reynolds, Brenna, Noah Yohman, Johnny, Camryn Slomkowski, Nora and Tessa Slomkowski. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Due to Covid-19 restrictions and the family's request there will be no public visitation.
