She was predeceased by: her parents, Teofil Bartosovic and Julia Bartosovic (Kovacosky); her husband John Richard Vernam; her siblings, Francis, Joseph Bartosovic, Irene Scople, Margaret Gibson and Rosemary Peters; her granddaughter Rebecca Raymond; and her close friend Bruce Hummel.
She is survived by: her daughters, Dorothy Rogers of Brackenridge, PA and Diane Chambon (Daniel) of Glendale, AZ.; her stepchildren, Kathleen Eckhaus (Melvyn) of Elliotsburg, PA, Jon Vernam (Laurie) of Cory, PA and Donald Vernam (Jennifer) of Milwaukie, OR.; her grandchildren, Bryant Raymond, Heather Morgan, Jeremiah Morgan (Natalie), Jeremiah Eckhaus (Chauntelle), Nathaniel Eckhaus (Pauline), Jennika Borger (Jon), Rebekka Eckhaus (Jano), Alanna Turner (Jeff), Kristin Hough (Adam), Garth (Felicia), Daniel and Caleb Vernam; her great grandchildren, Seth, Cole Raymond, Austin, Colton Hargenrader, Fallyn, Kaedyn Morgan, Annaliese, Eliana Eckhaus, Jacqueline Eckhaus, Andrew "AJ", AnnaMarie, Charles Borger, Aizokai, Rein, Alexander Eckhaus, London, Brody Turner, Harlow and Luca Hough; and her niece Leah Borland.
