She was predeceased by: her parents, Alexander Wojcik and Frances Wojcik (Percenski). She is survived by: her husband Jim Cortese; her children, Debbie Jean Hopkins (Kenneth J. "Ken"), Diane Annette Wells, Carol Lynn (Gregory) and Kenneth James "Kenn" Cortese; her grandchildren, Jennifer Kristine Hopkins (Steven), Amy Kathleen Hopkins and Samuel John Wells; and her great grandchild Lydia Mariah Timmer. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, contributions in memory of Lorrie may be made to the Good Samaritan Hospice, 134 Marwood Rd., Cabot, Pa. 16023.
