He was predeceased by: his parents, Rev. Alfred Deemer and Betty Deemer (McConnell); and his sister Diana Lee Bish. He is survived by: his siblings, Douglas Deemer (Julie) and Dr. Deborah Deemer of Cedar Falls; and his nieces, Nicole Ferree of Watertown and Suzanne McVay of Cincinnati, Ohio.. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
At Dale's request, any memorial donations may be made to the Natrona Heights Presbyterian Church, 1428 Broadview Blvd. Natrona Heights, PA 15065, where his father served for many years.
