He was predeceased by: his mother Theresa Sydlik (Kunc). He is survived by: his father Christopher N. Sydlik (Patricia) of Brackenridge; his sisters, Jennifer Ogden (Robert) of Sarver and Tammy Sydlik (Bernie) of Brackenridge; his nieces and nephews, Chelsea (Julio), Shelby (Daniel), Seth, Mason and Austin; his great-nephews, Jayden and Jaxon; his great-niece Jocelyn; and his friend Christine. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins.
