She was predeceased by: her husband John M. Kolek; her siblings, Cornelia Pavlik and Ted Jakacki; and her daughter-in-law Marilyn Barker (Hudak). She is survived by: her children, Corinne Mozjesik (Albert) of Brackenridge and Arthur Barker of Natrona; her grandchildren, Bryan Mozjesik, Sarah Mozjesik (Branden Raby), Katie Coll (Ryan) and John Barker (Stephanie); and her great grandchildren, Mathias, Marek, Grayson, Declan, Laindre and Liliana.
