He was predeceased by: his parents, William M. Barrow, Jr. and Marion S. Barrow (Slinn); and his sister Eleanor Wentz. He is survived by: his children, William M. Barrow, IV, Joe Ace Varady (Donna), Patricia Ann Schaeffer (Bruce), Donna Lynn Bartman (Daniel) and Brian John Barrow (Carlie); and his grandchildren, Kyle, Kristy, Damian, Demia, Dehleana, Christopher, Steven and Emma. He is also survived by nine great grandchildren.

The family welcomes flowers for the service or donation in Bill's memory to The Make A Wish Foundation.
