He was predeceased by: his parents, George Shade Sr. and Dorothy Shade (Weller). He is survived by: his siblings, George Shade Jr., Michael Shade (Tina) and Cheryl Shade; and his nieces and nephews, Kimberly, Chelsea, Matthew and David. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, and cousins; many great nieces and nephews.
