He is survived by: his spouse P. Diane Lease (Pendleton); his daughters, Robbyn Pannepacker (Doug) and Kelly Mazzanti; his siblings, Michael, Terry Lease and Linda Miller; his grandchildren, Shonnah Jones, Shane Pannepacker, Mitch Mazzanti and Grace Mazzanti; and his great grandchildren, Samantha, Tucker and Logan.
