He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Scott A. Vansant and Lynne F. Noel (Fawber); his brother Ross A. Vansant; his stepparents, Kevin Noel and Barbara Vansant; and his grandparents, Lawrence and Bernadette Fawber (Barth).

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Raymond's name to Humane Society of Berks County, 1801 N. 11th St., Reading, PA 19604.
