It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Michael C. Furey Sr. (Boyertown, Pennsylvania), born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, who passed away on October 18, 2021, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Kathleen Furey and James Furey; his wife JoAnnne; his siblings, Patricia and James; and his nephew Joseph.
He is survived by: his former wife JoAnne Zelinski; his children, Michael and Kyle; his sisters, Kathleen Furey and Sharon Hermann (Robert); and his siblings-in-law, Andree Furey and Victor DiCenzo. He is also survived by nieces and nephews along with many great nieces and great nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Columbkill Church in Michael's name.
