He was predeceased by: his parents, Jacob E. Arms Sr. and Anna Arms (Weiss); and his daughter Beverly Arms. He is survived by: his wife Kathryn "Kitty" A. Arms (Hendricks); and his children, Jeffrey Arms (Traci Meeker), Jacob Arms III (Donna), Jerald Arms (Laurie) and Lori Cuddy (Michael). He is also survived by his thirteen grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren; and his three brothers and two sisters.
