He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Leon and Catherine Eleanor Kelly (Powell); and his siblings, Kathleen E. Urhman, Robert L. Kelly II, Lawrence W. Kelly and Thomas P. Kelly.
He is survived by: his children, Rebecca Kelly and H. Michael Kelly, II; his former wife June Kelly (Miscannon); and his siblings, James E. Kelly, John B. Kelly and Elizabeth Ingalsbe.
