He was predeceased by: his parents, Sydney Hoffman and Lottie Hoffman (Krauss); and his siblings, Helen Bieber, Eva Meyers, Ruth Allenbach and Paul Hoffman.
He is survived by: his wife Joyce Hoffman (Gresh); his daughters, Amber Strunk (Daniel) and Claudine Smith (Randy); his grandchildren, Daniel Strunk, Amanda Strunk, Heather McGrath (Arthur), Andrew Smith (Rachel) and Arden Smith (Kristi); his great grandchildren, Braelyn, Everly, Harlow, Huxton, Mason and Madison; and his sister Mary Heydt. He is also survived by two daughters, five grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
