He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Hubert Burke and Anna Jeannette Burke (Nossett); and his brother Charles Burke. He is survived by: his daughters, Mary Boggs (William Boggs) and Betsy Vanderbeek (Richard Vanderbeek); his sister Anna Burke Preisinger; his grandsons, William M. Boggs, Tyler J. Boggs and Benjamin J. Vanderbeek; and his niece Sarah Preisinger.
