She was predeceased by: her husband Peter S. Osman; her parents, Melvin Spaar and Elva Spaar (Swenk); her daughter Maryann Cowan; and her sister Ruth Fleck.
She is survived by: her children, Susan Burkett (Richard), Debbie Faflik and Jeffrey Smith (Laurie Smith); her stepson Edward Smith (Pete); her niece Marianne Alicea Fleck; and her nephew Thomas Fleck. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren.
