He was predeceased by: his parents, William B. Mottern and Edith Mottern (MacEwing); and his sister Janet M. Demma. He is survived by: his wife Linda V. Mottern (Hopf); his children, Charlene Motonis (Joe) and Vince Mottern (Keith Presty); his grandchild Melina Motonis; his niece Tracy Budzynski; and his nephew Joe Demma.
