He was predeceased by: his parents, Lloyd Lewis and Phyllis McCullough Carr; and his wife Mary Dolores Chalmers. He is survived by: his children, LaDonna Carlino (John) of Oakmont, Tom Carr (Kelly) of Boyers, Dana Delu (Jeff) of Boyers and DeAnna Fate (Robert) of Sarver; and his siblings, Margaret, Ruth, Colleen, Wally and Dave. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren and twenty-one great-grandchildren as well as nieces and nephews.
