He is survived by: his daughter Carrie (Tim Coulter) of Pulaski; his grandchildren, Sydney Aislynn and Tyler Douglas Hockenberry; and his siblings, Karen Hedglin of Boyers, Bonnie Weiss of Harrisville and Thomas "Tom" Fitzgerald of Harrisville. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorials in Joe's memory to fire company or ambulance service of donors choice.
