He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl E. Carlquist and Winifred Carlquist (Tab). He is survived by: his wife Sharyn J. Carlquist (John); his sons, Douglas F. Carlquist (Kendra) of Latrobe and Daniel D. Carlquist (Julie) of Copley, OH; his grandchildren, Olivia, Dillon and Brandon; his sister Christine Luce (Jim) of Edinboro; and his siblings-in-law, Raymond "Gino" John of Boyers and Kathy Tinker (David) of Emlenton. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
