“I just learned of Frank's passing, it was in the Kutztown University Magazine. Frank was a classmate of mine at Kutztown. We were in the class of 1966. We lived in the same apartment our last year. it was a house across the street from the campus. As we were all 21 or soon to be 21 there was always adult beverages. We had a constant flow of guests every week end. I saw Frank at our 50th reunion in 2016. Frank was a dear friend. Condolences on his passing”
